In March 2020, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Navajo & Hopi Families COVID-19 Relief Fund emerged from urgent need and a wave of community-led compassion. Five years later, we reflect on the strength and impact of our all-Indigenous women-led movement. From delivering over $12 million in direct relief to more than 500,000 people, to launching long-term recovery programs advancing self-determination, food sovereignty, housing security, and cultural revitalization—our journey continues. We remain committed to building stronger, more resilient communities that are pandemic-proof and climate change resilient.
As of July 7, 2025, the Oak Ridge Fire has burned 10,000+ acres on the Navajo Nation, displacing over 350 people. Yee Ha’ólníi Doo is mobilizing urgent aid—air quality supplies, care items, and masks—for impacted families. Your donation helps us act fast , provide immediate relief and supports long-term recovery.
Through the Navajo & Hopi Resiliency Fund, we’re developing Community Centers as hubs for food security, entrepreneurship, youth leadership, and cultural revitalization—advancing resilience and economic growth. The Fund also supports critical home repairs, including roof replacements and accessibility upgrades.
Yee Ha’ólníí Doo’s Direct Relief Program provides Isolation Kits with food, water, PPE, and symptom care items for those who are sick with or exposed to COVID-19. Aid is typically delivered within 24 hours of request. Submit request below or call (928) 622-1460
Donate to help us reclaim Diné self-determination through culture, community, and collective power.
